Our shipping policy is for all product's at the store unless on product page we wrote something else:
Please allow 2 - 5 days handling and preparing your order, and 14 - 28 business days for your order to be delivered. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 business days). We work with different designers and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.
We are not the shipping company, We work many different shipping companies around the world.
If from some reason your order lost or damaged by the shipping company we will make sure you will get a new order free of charge.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
